What's Eaton at Benson?

Sad to hear about another set back for the young pitcher. We've been waiting for this guy to take off and he has shown some glimpses of being very good, but he's in danger of follow the injury-riddled career path of Tony Armas, Jr.

Anna Benson, an actress and model who has posed topless, filed for divorce in Atlanta on Thursday. The petition for divorce claims the marriage is "irretrievably broken."
There has been speculation that the behavior of Anna Benson perpetuated the Mets trading Kris to the Orioles.
The couple has been married for seven years.

Okay, so let me see if I follow... Kris is an underachieving, over-hyped former prospect that benefited from Shea Stadium. He was married to a former stripper, pin-up girl and self-professed 'Gold Digger'. The Mets didn't like Anna's wrap sheet and attitude, so they traded Kris to the O's. Anna filed for a divorce. Kris was upset about the trade, but now thinks it's a good thing. The marriage is "irretrievably broken."

Um... is this MLB or the show on VH1 with all the former stars that are now current losers all hang out?

The article was a little hazy about the divorce since neither Kris nor Anna are talking publicly about it. But what I'm trying to figure out is did Anna ask for a divorce because the Mets didn't like her or did Kris divorce Anna because he has to move to Baltimore? Or was the couple actually "irretrievably broken" from the get-go?
